Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, you have 60 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by use cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at yury@mobibean.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and, if approved, refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
